Shipping, Return, Refund, Cancellation, Warranty, and Sales Tax Information
Shipping Information: Following credit card authorization and verification of information, your order will normally be processed and shipped in 24 hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST, excluding holidays). If we are unable to ship your order in 24 hours, you will be notified of the estimated shipping date.
Return Information: You may return items for exchange or refund, with customer paying the shipping charges, within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be returned in new condition and in orginal unopened packaging. Returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items that have been installed or altered cannot be returned. You must obtain a RMA # from Green-Distributors before returning any item.
Cancellation Policy: All orders must be cancelled by 2:00 p.m. EST on the day your order is placed.
Warranty Information: Factory warranty information is availabe on product specification sheets.
Sales Tax Information: Sales tax is collected for North Carolina shipments at the rate of 7.75%.
